• Yes! Our professional drivers are happy to work with any aggregate you purchase that can be safely hauled by our fleet of heavy-duty equipment. We do require an affordable transportation fee of $115 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Q: What do you base your prices on for your dump trucking services? 

• Our family-owned business carefully balances current market rates with great driver pay that puts our customers first. This way, we ensure we are able to maintain a team of veteran drivers with experience and attention to detail without sacrificing reasonable rates for our community, partners, and clients.

Q: Do you have cancellation or refund policies? 

Yes. We do maintain policies regarding both cancellations and refunds as follows:

• For Demolition Haul Away: We require a 24-hour cancellation for all demo work for customers to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we ask for a $200 cancellation fee for “same day” events. If we have arrived at the job site, there is a non-refundable 4-hour minimum.

• For all Aggregate Materials: We again require at least a 24-hour cancellation. If we have arrived at the plant and have yet to be loaded up, there is a $200 travel time fee. Otherwise, if the material is loaded, it is non-refundable as the aggregate will be considered “contaminated.”

As we are a high-in-demand business, we have to maintain these policies to ensure the best use of our equipment and time, so our drivers are paid well, and we can cover gas pricing fluctuations.

Q: How reliable are your Palmetto drivers? 

• At Palmetto Sand and Gravel LLC, we take the safety and reliability of our drivers very seriously. We only hire experienced and qualified drivers with a proven track record of safe driving and a clean driving record.

• Our drivers undergo regular safety training to ensure they are up to date on all industry regulations and guidelines. We also regularly maintain and inspect our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working order, which helps to minimize the risk of breakdowns and other issues on the road.

• We are a family-owned and operated aggregate transportation business located in beautiful Inman, South Carolina. We will occasionally offer a wider range of delivery services, but that is typically on a case-by-case basis.

• We can accommodate orders covering unique products or materials, including demolition cleanup or other specialty aggregates. Please get in touch with us first so we can ensure our fleet is capable of your request and we can find a good deal for your order.

Q: Do you deliver outside the Inman, SC area? 

• Yes, our team of professional and reliable drivers is happy to deliver to the 8 surrounding counties around Inman, including Cherokee County, Laurens County, Greenville County, Spartanburg County, and Union County in South Carolina. In North Carolina, we serve Henderson County, Polk County, and Rutherford County.

Q: Can you deliver beyond these counties? 

• Yes, but we strongly advise you to contact our team first, as the automated ordering system we use at Palmetto does not allow you to place this kind of order.

•  If you need delivery outside of these areas, please make a request, and we will do our best to accommodate your order. We charge a travel time fee of $100 per hour for every hour’s drive from Inman, SC.

Q: Will you deliver the aggregate on the weekends? 

• No. Our family-owned business highly values ensuring our professional drivers and support teams experience a rewarding work-life balance. That means making sure they have their weekends off for family time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Do you offer services for both commercial and residential customers? 

• Yes, we offer dump trucking services for both commercial and residential job sites. We have worked with new developments for private homes, businesses, and other organizations. That is why we have a strong book of return and referral clients.

Q: Do you offer delivery to multiple locations? 

• Yes, we can deliver to multiple locations as needed using our heavy-duty specialty equipment. We do request you to indicate your multi-location needs by contacting us first so we can better plan the appropriate timing of your deliveries.

Q: Do you offer emergency or same-day delivery services? 

• While we do not offer this service specifically, we will sometimes have a cancellation or be able to leverage our transfer dump trucks to help out. It never hurts to give us a call and ask if we can make an exception for the day, and we will do our best to fit that into our schedule.

Q: Do you offer spreading or grading services? 

• We can offer some spreading services on a safe, flat area without flooding, so our heavy-duty equipment isn’t at risk of getting stuck or flipping over. We also request the area be safe from any overhanging trees or wires.

• Unfortunately, we do not provide grading services at this time.

Q: Do you have any discounts or promotions available?

• We do offer some financing options with a maximum of up to $2,000 in order value through Afterpay with 4 Easy payments. Please reach out to our team ahead of time to ensure your order qualifies for this service.
