Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains the cancellation, return, and refund procedures for bulk aggregate, sand, gravel, topsoil, fill dirt, and related materials purchased from Palmetto Sand & Gravel LLC.

Returns

Due to the nature of bulk aggregate and landscape materials, all delivered materials are considered contaminated once loaded, transported, or unloaded and cannot be returned to the supplier.

As a result, Palmetto Sand & Gravel LLC does not accept returns of:

  • Crusher Run

  • #57 Stone

  • #789 Stone

  • Granite Screenings

  • River Sand

  • Concrete Sand

  • Masonry Sand

  • Fill Dirt

  • Topsoil

  • Decorative Stone

  • Recycled Materials

  • Any other bulk material products

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date.

If trucks have already been dispatched, arrived at the quarry, supplier, or loading location, a travel and dispatch fee may apply.

Once material has been loaded onto a truck, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Incorrect Orders or Delivery Issues

Customers should inspect materials immediately upon delivery.

If you believe the wrong material was delivered, notify us immediately before the material is spread, moved, mixed, relocated, or used.

Once material has been unloaded, spread, used, relocated, contaminated, or incorporated into a project, it is considered accepted and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Product Variations

Aggregate, sand, soil, stone, and similar products are natural materials. Variations in color, size, texture, moisture content, dust, fines, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photos shown on our website or marketing materials are representative only and may not exactly match the material delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when required by law or when approved by Palmetto Sand & Gravel LLC in its sole discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
